Alfonso Garcia

I was born in the state of Michoacan, Mexico. In 1976 at the age of 19 years old, I came to California. I arrived in the Napa Valley where I started to work in the vineyards. For a while, I worked for different companies until I started working for Colinas Farming Company. I have been working here for 30 years.
In 1996, I became a citizen of the United States. After this I was able to bring my wife from Mexico and now we have four children. Two are twins, Cecilia and Luis, that are 12 years old and attend Redwood Middle School in Napa. Veronica is 10 years old and in the 5th grade. Juan Daniel is 5 years old and is in the 1st grade. They both attend Northwood School. I help with their studies.
I give thanks to my job of Supervisor at Colinas Farming Company and I hope to be working here for a long time.
The Garcia's (L-R): Luis, Alfonso, Carmela (Back), Juan Daniel (Front), Veronica and Cecilia.
